Explorex Resources Inc, listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange, announced on 23 December 2019 to acquire 100% of Singapore based Raffles Financial Pte Ltd and to spin out all of its exploration assets. The EGM held on 9 March 2020 approved this deal and application is made to resume trading as Raffles Financial Group on 11 May 2020.
